Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 段部を介して連設した大孔部と小孔部とを有する段付シ
    リンダ孔を形成したシリンダ本体と、前記大孔部に大径
    部を前記小孔部に小径部を各々摺動可能に成して前記段
    付シリンダ孔に挿入した役付ピストンと、前記小孔部内
    に形成される主圧力室と、前記大孔部内に形成される補
    助室と、前記主圧力室と前記補助室とを連絡する通路に
    形成され、前記補助室から前記主圧力室への液移動を許
    容しその逆は禁止する第１弁と、前記補助室と作動液を
    貯えるリザーバとを連絡する通路に形成され、所定の圧
    力以上で前記補助室から前記リザーバへの液移動を許容
    する第２弁とを有する２膜作動型マスクシリンダにおい
    て、前記小孔部の内周又は前記小径部の外周の少なくと
    も一方に筒状の摺動案内部材を配置するとともに、この
    摺動案内部材の両側を連絡する通路を設けて成る２膜作
    動型マスクシリンダ。
