力給電線に電力給電する交流発電機とて成るフライホイ
ール装置を備え、通常時はこのフライホイール装置を無
負荷運転させ、上記直流電源の停電時に該フライホイー
ル装置による発電に基いて負荷に電力給電する構成とし
