Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet having high transparency and migration resistance, without using a migratory plasticizer, by compounding specific amounts of a stabilizer and a tackifier to a urethane vinyl chloride copolymer resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet can be manufactured by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a urethane vinyl chloride copolymer resin with 1-20pts.wt. of a stabilizer [any stabilizers compatible with said resin (e.g. Ba-Zn stabilizer) can be used] and 0.1-200pts.wt. of a tackifier [any tackifiers compatible with said resin (e.g. terpene phenol) can be used], and forming the composition to a sheet. USE:Protecting sheet, fixing sheet, sticker, etc. for metal, glass, etc.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention can be applied not only to glossy surfaces such as glass plates and steel sheets, but also to uneven embossed surfaces without using adhesives or the like, and can be applied to synthetic resin sheet-like materials. This relates to a self-adhesive soft vinyl chloride sheet that can be easily adhered due to the self-adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, can be peeled off without contaminating the surface to be adhered with plasticizer, and can be reused many times. be.

Conventionally, for glossy surfaces, a flexible polyvinyl chloride composition containing a plasticizer is easily formed into a film or sheet by a calendering method, an extrusion method, etc.

It was used as an adhesive, but this had the disadvantage that the surface to be adhered to was contaminated with plasticizers after peeling. It was particularly microscopic when a large amount of plasticizer was used to make it stick to the embossed surface.

Furthermore, even if the amount of plasticizer is reduced to the necessary minimum, a trace amount of precipitation cannot be avoided if the plasticizer is left for a long time or used in a high-temperature layer.

The present invention was developed as a result of repeated research in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, instead of the conventional soft polyvinyl chloride, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a stabilizer and 0.1 to 0.1 parts by weight of a tackifier are used for 100 parts by weight of a urethane vinyl chloride copolymer resin.
It is characterized in that it uses 200 parts by weight and does not use a conventional migratory plasticizer.

The urethane vinyl chloride copolymer resin used in the present invention is obtained by a well-known method, such as Aron NP-3000, 4000 manufactured by Toagosei Co., Ltd.
It is possible to open 5000, 6000, etc. Further, the tackifier may be any tackifier as long as it has compatibility with the polyvinyl copolymer resin and the tackifier is not limited to being used alone, but may also be used as a mixture of two or more. Specific examples include modified terpenes such as terpene phenols, modified phenols such as alkylphenols and modified phenols, rosins such as chrycerin ester rosin, pentaerythritol, and ester rosin, and rust conductors of modified rosins. The amount is 0.1 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl copolymer resin.

The stabilizer used in the present invention may be any stabilizer as long as it is compatible with the urethane vinyl chloride copolymer resin, and it is not limited to use alone, but a mixture of two or more can also be used. Examples of such soaps include lead-based, tin-based, cadmium/barium-based, and calcium/zinc-based metal soaps. Furthermore, when a lubricant or the like is added to the composition of the shrub invention, effects depending on the additive and amount can be obtained.

0) 100 parts by weight barium-zinc stabilizer 3 parts by weight lubricant (montan acid wax) 1 part by weight tackifier (terpene phenol) 51 parts by weight were mixed in a blender to form a self-adhesive vinyl chloride sheet composition. This composition was then calendered at 180° C. to form a sheet with a thickness of 200 μm, and this sheet was attached to commercially available release paper. The properties of the obtained sheet were as shown in Table 1.
