実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。

（１１一段高いコンクリートブロック本体Ａの側壁部、
１を土留壁とし、底版２を介して側壁部１と平行に対応
する小壁部１′の天端部を外側へ突出させ、同一製品を
対称に施工組合せて空胴部３を水路魚床として構成する
事を特徴とするコンクリートプレキャスト組合せ魚床水
路。
（２）外側へ突出させる小壁部１′に支台となる段状１
１を設け、蓋１２と合体ならしめて水路巾及び魚床中を
自由に変更出来る事を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範
