    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）通風開口を形成した外筐内に室外熱交換器、室外
    送風機、冷媒加熱器を設けたものにおいて、上記外筐に
    上記開口を開閉するシャッタを設けるとともに、このシ
    ャッタの開閉制御する制御部を室内に設けたことを特徴
    とする冷暖房装置。
  2. （２）制御部がシャッタの開閉制御と、冷房と暖房の切
    換え制御を同時にするよう形成されていることを特徴と
    する冷暖房装置。
