液状冷媒を冷却する中間冷却器５を接続し、液状冷媒を
一時貯溜する受液器６を接続し、同受液器６を冷媒圧力
を減圧する膨張弁７に接続し、同膨張弁７に被冷却水と
熱交換して液状冷媒をガス状冷媒に気化させる蒸発器１
を接続し、同蒸発器１を再び圧縮機４に接続して環状の
回路を形成すると共に、常温の被冷却水を供給する水源
８と蒸発器１を接続し、しかも、被加熱水を貯溜する熱
水タンク１３に、同被加熱水を強制循環させるポンプ１
４を接続し、同ポンプ１４１こ凝縮器３を接続し、同凝
縮器３に直接向流式熱交換器２を接続し、同熱交換器２
を再び熱水タンク１３に接続してなる冷水と熱水を同時
