The purpose of the planer of the present invention is to provide a means for making transport cuts in the support material of a composite label continuous body, and a second purpose is to provide a means for making transport cuts in both the support material and the label material. The present invention is a combination of means, and provides a notch means for preventing tearing of the cut in the support material of the machine-equipped label continuum, and a composite label continuum with good peeling of the label material temporarily attached to the support material. be.

Conventionally, as a conveyance cut means for this type of composite label continuous body, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-34936, for example, in the conveyance cut means of the support material, cut means for conveying a composite label continuous body are generally set at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. Generally, it has a U-shape, and the apex of this U-shape is located in the advancing direction of the composite label continuum. However, in order to peel off the printed label temporarily attached to the support material and apply it to a desired product, it is necessary to reverse the support material. However, during this reversal, the generally U-shaped transfer cut becomes an upright tongue, and the end portion of the cut is torn off by the inertial action of the label material and support material in the forward direction. Therefore, there is a defect in that reliable transfer cannot be performed even if the transfer bin is engaged with the damaged transfer cut.

Therefore, as a solution to prevent tearing of the support material, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-22382, for example, the U-shaped transport cut is configured in the opposite direction, that is, the apex is set in the opposite direction to the forward movement of the composite label continuous body. It is proposed that the end portion of the cut will not be torn by setting it in the direction of the cut.

Next, the present invention provides a novel solution that prevents the transfer cut of the support material from tearing even when it is reversed, and the tongue pieces disposed in the longitudinal direction of the tape-shaped support material are not made to stand up in the longitudinal direction as in the past. As a result of tests, it was found that if the transfer cut has a structure that stands up in the lateral direction, the end portion of the transfer cut will have less resistance and will not tear when it is reversed. It provides the means.

Used when set to 0. In other words, the P, S, P method refers to a composite label continuous body in which a label material and a support material are stacked, and the two-sided cuts are held in a stacked state by the locking pin of the rotating body (the O-engaging portion ), apply an extrusion action to the label continuous body in the forward direction, then form a turning section consisting of a loop with the supporting material in a narrow gap near the tip of the platen, and then, as above, only the supporting material is moved into the engagement of the rotating body. It re-engages with the stop pin (on-line engagement part) to apply a traction action to the supporting material, and peels off the label material (label piece) temporarily attached to the supporting material at the turning part. -Hereinafter, the composite label continuous body 10 shown in the O embodiment will be used as a representative example.

Next, during forward (extrusion) transport of the label continuous body 10, the label continuous body 10 is wound into a roll shape and held in the dowel holding part 123, and is guided from the tape tip to the label guide member 124. The label passes between the rotating body 121 and the label pressing member 125 and is guided onto the platen 126 set at a position corresponding to the printer 117. At this time, in the dowel continuous body 10, the respective transfer cut groups 6 and 7 of the support material 3 and the label material 1 are engaged with the transfer pins 122 of the rotating body 121,
A label pressing member 125 is arranged on this upper surface.

Therefore, a pair of transfer tongues 8a formed on the support material 3,

In other words, the locking cuts 9° and 19 in the first embodiment (1st to 2nd cores) and the second embodiment (Figs. 3 to 4) each have an inner arc shape, so the transfer bottle has a cross section. A circular shape is better.

Since the locking cuts 29 and 39 of the third embodiment (FIG. 5) and the fourth embodiment (FIG. 6) each have an outer arc shape,
The transfer bottle preferably has a concave arc cross section. Fifth embodiment (seventh example)
Figure) and the locking cut 49.59 of the sixth embodiment (Figure 8)
The transfer bins preferably have a diamond-shaped cross section, since they each have an outward arrow shape. Further, since the locking cuts 69° and 79 in the seventh embodiment (FIG. 9) and the eighth embodiment (FIG. 10) each have an inward arrow shape, the transfer bin preferably has a concave cross section.

As described above, the present invention provides for, in a mated two-bell continuum comprising a label material and a support material in an overlapping relationship, (1) at least one bell chain extending in the longitudinal direction of the support material and equidistantly spaced from each other; A group of transfer cuts is provided, which includes a vertical cut of directional transfer tongues may be provided. The transverse tongues therefore have the advantage that tearing does not occur even during the reversal required for peeling off the label from this support material. Therefore, it has the advantage that the composite label continuous body can be reliably fed out.

(2) Furthermore, in the transfer cut group and the transfer cut group provided in the label material and the support material, these cuts are not made into through cuts of the same shape, but are made into separate cut configurations, so that the turning part of one machine can be used. The label peeling effect is good. In other words, when cutting the label, the cut is generally made using a cutter roller extending from the label material side to the supporting material, but at this time, the adhesive on the back side of the label material is :) The peeling effect of the bell is poor because it digs into the support material and the label material partially adheres to the support material.

Thus, since the double cut arrangement of the present invention is processed with separate upper and lower cutter rollers, the transport cuts in the label material only cut through this material and the adhesive and do not penetrate into the underlying support material.
