Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the assortment of plate work after cutting in an efficient manner, by cutting each plate work with a cutting device on the basis of a command out of a control unit according to the form of a workpiece, while selectively energizing a lot of electromagnets installed on the bottom of a suspension jig in the same manner. CONSTITUTION:A suspension jig 20 is made up of installing a lot of electromagnets 24 on the bottom of a platelike suspension jig body 22, while a bundle of wiring being individually connected to each of these electromagnets 24 is connected to a switch device which is controlled for on-off operation by a control unit. On the other hand, on the top of a conveying device 30 of a steel plate 10 to be cut, there is provided with a cutting device 32 carrying cutting torches 34 astride the said conveying device, and both these devices 30 and 32 are controlled by a control unit 36. Likewise, a crane 40 is installed in position astride the conveying device 30, and at its trolley 46, the said suspension jig 20 is suspended down via a wire 48. And, according to a command out of the control unit 36, copper plates 38, as a product, after cutting by the suspension jig 20 and the residual work are assorted and each of them is fed to the next stage of work specified.

本発明の目的は上記従来技術の問題点を解消し、切断後

磁石群を備えた吊治具および自動切断装置を提供するこ

上げたまま吊治具20を製品置場まで移動させ、下降せ
しめた後電磁石24への通電を停止すれば、製品12を
きちんと予定箇所に積み重ねることができる。第4図は
この自動パレツテイング操作によって積み重ねられた製
品12の斜視図であって、28は置台である。

の第1の発明に係るものであり、切断後の鋼板38の製
品と残材との仕分けを行ない、それぞれ製品組立工程、
残材置場へと運搬している。そしてこの実施例において
は吊治具20のスイッチ装置(図示せず)は、制御装置
36によって丸制御されておシ、鋼板10の切断形状を
指示する入力データが、吊治具20の吊シ上げ制御の入
力データにもなっており、切断されて出来た製品および
残材を正確に吊り上げることが可能である。
