    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両のフレーム側方に取付けられた一組の側板の間にバ
    ッテリが収納されるとともに施錠部材と錠により施錠さ
    れる車両用バッテリブラケットにおいて、施錠部材がバ
    ッテリの上方を横切る第１の部材と、その第１の部材の
    一方の端部からほぼ直角に折曲げられ端部が前記側板の
    一方に係合する第２の部材と、前記第１の部材の他方の
    端部からほぼ直角に折曲げられ端部が前記側板の他方と
    前記錠により締結される第３の部材とより全体的にコ字
    状に形成されていることを特徴とする車両用バッテリブ
    ラケット。
