    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被走査面を走査する為に光束を回転移動させる走査光学
    系と、この走査光学系と被走査面との間の光路中に配置
    された可撓性減光フィルターとを備え、この可撓性減光
    フィルターはばね性保持部材に保持されており、このば
    ね性保持部材を固定手段に湾曲し゛て支持させることに
    より、可撓性減光フィルターを上記光路中に湾曲して配
    置したことを特徴とする走査装置。
