る空間部に、高真空のユニット断熱材2を配設結合した
上で、その空間部にウレタンフオーム断熱材7を現場発
泡方式により充填する様にした断熱扉に於て、前記高真
空のユニット断熱材2の真空引き用パイプ1の封止切り
後の突起部をドアライナー4のリブの溝内に挿入配設さ
せる構造としたことを特徴とする真空断熱材配設構造。 2 前記真空断熱材2のユニットを扉の空間部に配設す
るために、断熱材の一部である真空引きパイプ1を真空
引き封止切り後、パイプの突起部をドアライナー4のリ
ブが形成する溝内にパイプを挿入配設し、しかる後ウレ
タンフオーム原液を注入発泡させる構造とした実用新案
