第１の検出部が設けられる表共にそのテーパ面に第２の
検出部が周方向に複数個所定間隔で設けられ、テーパピ
ンは第１の検出部がテーパ孔以外の部分に当接すると避
退し、テーパピンは第２の検出部のいずれかがテーパ孔
の内壁に当接すると他の第２の検出部の全てが内壁に当
接するまで進入して移動体を微動させることを特徴とす
