Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a mechanism simple and operation easy by the constitution wherein the front end of rolled photographic paper transferred into a processor is held by a clipping lever and is conveyed cooperatively with endless belts in respective processing parts. CONSTITUTION:The front end of rolled photographic paper 1 printed in a printing part 2 is transferred into a processor B and is engaged with a clipping lever 12a on an endless belt 12, right after the engagement, the front end of the photographic paper is bent and automatically held by the clipping lever 13a on an endless belt 13. The rolled photographic paper is thereafter conveyed successivel through a developing part 8, a fixing part 9, a washing part 10 and a drying part 11 cooperatively with the belts 12, 13, whereafter the paper is cut in a cutting part 15. The one belt 13 is then parted from the belt 12 in a vertical direction by a conveying roller 14' and is again conveyed with the same belt conveying roll 14 in an introducing part.

Conventionally, this type of photo processing equipment prints images onto a roll of photographic paper, sends the images continuously to a processor, and processes the printed roll of photographic paper, such as developing, fixing, rinsing, and drying. At that time, there was a method in which the leading edge of the roll of photographic paper was forcibly pushed in by a transport roller in order to transport the roll of photographic paper sequentially through each processing section. Not only does the mechanism become complicated due to the large number of parts, such as the need for a paper guide, but in addition, the tip and sides of the roll of photographic paper are easily scratched by the rollers or paper guides, and problems such as paper jams are also likely to occur. There was a problem.

Also, a hole puncher is used to punch a hole in the tip of the roll of paper for locking, and this is secured to a leading member such as a photographic paper guide clip using a clip attachment means, and the photographic paper guide clip is hung on a chain or the like. Some items are transported by
Although this also works reliably, there are problems in that the mechanism is complicated, such as drilling holes for locking, and the operation is extremely troublesome.

5 smoothly supplies (transfers) the roll photographic paper 1 from the printer A to the pro sensor while absorbing and adjusting the speed difference between the printing processing capacity of the printer A and the developing processing capacity of the processor connected thereto, which will be described later. This is a stocker for storing printed roll photographic paper 1 and buffering it to form a loop Ja. A guide roller 7 is installed at the entrance of the six-pack stocker 5, and a delivery roller 7 is installed at the exit of the stocker 5 to send out the roll photographic paper 1 from the stocker.

To describe this suspended state in more detail, the endless bell) 12.13 is connected to the developing section 8.13 as clearly shown in FIG. Fixing section 9. Washing section 10. [Drying section] In each processing section of 1, belt conveying rollers 14 are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction, and are suspended in sequence from each end surface of the rollers 14. At the rear of the cutter, which will be described later, conveyance rollers 14' and 14' are arranged separately from the conveyance roller 14, and one endless belt is attached to the outer end surface of the conveyance rollers 14° and 14'. There is a lot of structure where it is suspended.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the leading edge of the roll of photographic paper 1 after being printed in the printing section 2 is stored in the processor B without forming the group 1a in the stocker 5 as is well known. The paper is transported in a horizontal state in the direction of the arrow, and as shown in FIG. 12a with the tip end facing up. Immediately after this, the clip lever 13a on the endless belt 13, which is being fed in the arrow A direction Ktlj similarly to the endless belt 13,
As a result, the leading end of the roll photographic paper I is bent and further sandwiched.

As mentioned above, the tip is automatically pinched between the clip lever 12a and the clip lever 13a and conveyed through the processing units 8, 9, 10. After being tightened, it is sent to the cutter part 15 and cut, but after this, one of the endless belts 13 is transferred to the belt conveying row 21.
4', the same belt 11 is conveyed in the vertical direction with the endless belt 12, and the same belt 11 is conveyed again at the introduction section.

At this time, as described above, a plurality of clip levers 12a..., 13a... for pinching the leading edge of the paper 1 on the first side of the roll stamp are installed at regular intervals on the endless belt 12, 13, respectively. Therefore, even if the roll of photographic paper 1 is arbitrarily introduced, the waiting time is short and the leading end of the roll of photographic paper 1 can be inserted and conveyed as described above.

In addition, in the present invention, the photographic paper roll is guided and conveyed by a roller common to the belt conveying roller suspended by the endless belt as described above, so compared to a structure in which the photographic paper is guided by a special roller system, It has the advantage of being much simpler in structure and easier to operate.

Moreover, since the belt and the surface of the photographic roll do not come into contact throughout the entire processing process, there is no risk of damaging the photographic roll, there is no possibility of paper jams, and the inside of the photographic roll used is not affected. It has the advantage of being free.
