Abstract

複数の取付穴24に突起部25を挿入して保持されてい
る。該突起部25は基部21上に円錐形状を呈する頂部
26と環状溝27が切られた頚部28から成り、頂部2
6の円錐座部の係止部29は取付穴24の直径より若干

とカバーの切り欠き部の寸法は簡単に外れないような寸
法で良いからダイヤフラムを製造する精度を簡略化でき
、製造コストの低減がはかれる。
