Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. An elevator equipped with a display board that displays floors, several light-emitting elements that illuminate the display board from behind, and a partition plate that prevents light from leaking in the direction of adjacent characters from the light-emitting elements. An elevator position display device, characterized in that the display board is composed of a thin film representing floor letters, a transparent plate protecting the front side of the thin film, and a translucent plate on the rear side of the thin film. 2. The elevator position display device according to claim 1, wherein the thin film representing the floor letters, the transparent plate, and the semi-transparent plate are all made of materials with excellent visible light transmittance. 3. The elevator position display device according to claim 2 of the registered utility model, characterized in that it is constructed of a thin film made of a photosensitive member that exhibits excellent color contrast between the floor letters and other parts. 4. The elevator position display device according to item 3 above, wherein the floor characters are formed of a printing member in the thin film representing the floor characters.
