Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a glass surface that is caused by dirt and such by detecting washer liquid that arrives at a washer nozzle, subsequently turning on a wiper drive circuit. シャ−ノズル、6はこのウオッシャ−ノズル4と前記ウ
オッシャ−ポンプ3を連結するだめのウオッシャ−チュ
ーブ、7はリアワイパーで、図示し々いウオンシャー・
ワイパ一連動スイッ−y−ヲオンスると、ウオッシャ−
ポンプ3とリアワイパー7が同時に駆動し、ウオッシャ
−ポンプ3からウオッシャ−チューブ6を経てウオッシ
ャ−ノズル4に供給されたウォンシャー液がウオッシャ
−ノズル40本体4aに設けた噴射口4bから噴射して
リアウィンドウガラス5面に供給され、この状態でリア
ワイパー7のブレード7aがリアウィンドウガラス5面
を払拭するものである。

イパー7の駆動モータ13は停止している。しかるに一
定時間が経過して、ウオツ、シャーノズル4にウオッシ
ャ−液が到来すると、開閉弁9がスプリング10の力に
抗して開き、ウオッシャ−液は噴射口4bから噴射して
リアウィンドウガラス5面に供給される。このようにし
て開閉弁9が動きウオッシャ−液到来を検知すると、開
閉弁9と一体の可動接点1.1 aが固定接点1.1b
、 、1lb2に接触して接点11が閉成する。かくし
てワイパー駆動回路12が閉成して駆動モータ13が回
転してリアワイパー7が駆動する。この状態でリアウィ
ンドウガラス5而には既にウオンシャー液が供給されて
いるので、塵埃等によりガラス5面を傷つけたシ、汚れ
をガラス5面にこすりつけたりすることがない訳である
