Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the paper discharge efficiency by arranging many shelf plates on a side plate so that their cross sections are formed in a spiral shape and providing paper stoppers below the shelf plate rear ends. CONSTITUTION:Many shelf plates 2 are arranged on a side plate 1 at a fixed distance in the peripheral direction so that individual shelf plates 2 are inclined to the periphery formed by the tips of shelf plates 2 and their cross sections are formed in a spiral shape, and a paper stopper 3 is arranged below each shelf plate 2 rear end. In addition, a paper pinching means 4 is arranged on the rear end extension of each shelf plate 2 to the stopper formed section. Accordingly, shelves for a sorter of the copy paper, etc. can simply be constituted and fitted compactly. Furthermore, the paper introduction and paper group discharge can be easily performed, the configuration of the attached device is simplified, and the work load for the paper introduction and paper group discharge is made small, thus allowing an efficient operation.

2. Description of the Related Art Many page sorting devices, so-called sorters, for aligning the pages of copy sheets, etc., have been provided in the past. These conventional sorters have a large number of paper trays with shelves (bins) arranged in multiple stages on the top of the water, and each time paper is introduced, these shelves are moved in the vertical direction to sequentially pick up paper and arrange the pages. The inventor filed a patent application in 1982.
There is a method that uses belts to sandwich sheets of paper and circularly transport them to align the pages, as previously proposed in No. 9898.

However, according to these sorters, for example, in the case of the former, there are n points such as a large-scale device configuration and a difficulty in achieving a 91-column size, and in the case of the latter, the number of copies to be sorted is It has n points such as being limited by the length and not being suitable for aligning pages of a large number of copies, and that it is difficult to align the edges of the paper due to static electricity generated on the paper by circulating WI feeding.

Therefore, the present invention converts the n point to i! It was created to eliminate IV, and its gist is (It!l board has a large number of m plates at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and each shelf is The plates are arranged so that they are inclined and have a spiral cross-section, and a paper stopper is provided on the lower surface of the rear end edge of each shelf board, and the paper stopper is installed on the extension of the rear end of each shelf board.
This is due to the fact that paper holding means is provided up to the forming section.

以下、図面を参照して本発明の一実施例を説明4る。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A shelf board 2 is arranged on the peripheral edge of this side plate 1. The shelf board 2 is bent into an arc shape with the same curvature as the peripheral edge of the side board 1. In the illustrated example, the shelf board 2 is disposed at a height extending into 12 equal parts of the I'PiI edge of the side board 1. Moreover, each shelf board 2 is arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the periphery formed by the tip edge of each shoe 2, that is, the periphery of the side plate 1, and to have a spiral cross section.

is fixed to the shelf board 2. In the illustrated example, one side of the cross-sectional 1-shaped member is fixed to the shelf board 20 surface, but the invention is not limited to this. It is also possible to form a notch by making a notch and raising a part of the rear end edge.Furthermore, it is possible to make a cut in the same manner as described above at the innermost end of the gripper plate 4, which will be described later. You may form an l-par.

Then, on the extension of the rear end of each shelf board 2,
A paper holding means 24 is provided up to the forming section. The paper holding means 24 holds the flat plate between the paper guide plate 4Δ and the paper holding plate 4B.
The gripper plate 4 is bent into a dogleg shape so as to be divided into two parts.
A pivot plate 5 is fixed to both sides of the gripper plate 4, and a pivot pin 6 to the side plate 1 is provided protruding from the pivot plate 5 near the tip edge, that is, the base of the gripper plate 4. At the same time, an engaging pin 7 is provided protruding near the rear end edge, and the side plate 1 is provided with a circular arc-shaped elongated hole 8 centered on the pivot pin 6. The engagement pin 7 is formed in the long hole 8 to project outward from the side plate 1, and a torsion spring 9 is fitted onto the pivot pin 6 protruding from the side plate 1.
One end edge thereof is engaged with the engaging pin 7, and the other end thereof is engaged with a locking pin 10 fixed to the side plate 1. Therefore, the gripper plate 4 is operated by the elastic force of the torsion coil spring 9 so as to constantly press the gripping plate 4B (A) against the lower surface of the shelf board 2.

In addition, a clamp release plate 14 is arranged on the machine frame 13 facing the side plate 1, parallel to the direction in which the drum 12 is applied, and positioned inward from the rotational diameter of the engagement bin 7 by the pushing length. When the drum 12 is at a specific position angle (that is, the position angle at which the engaging bin 7 is engaged with the gripping release plate 14), the gripper plate 4 in the shelf 11 is released from pressing against the shelf board 2, and the paper tray is opened. Insertion status or paper l! Set to Y discharge state. Further, when the gripper plate 4 is at a position other than the specified angle, it is pressed toward the shelf board 11 by the torsion coil spring 9, so that the paper can be firmly held within the shelf 11.

(the present invention), since the conventional horizontal paper tray is configured with multiple shelves (two shelves), these multi-circular paper trays require extensive work by moving the shelves in the vertical direction. The configuration is simple and does not require any special equipment configuration.
can be provided to In addition, when a pair of annular bells h are placed in opposing contact to sandwich the paper and align the pages, static electricity is generated by circulating the paper, and this static electricity makes it difficult to introduce the paper and align the edges of the paper. However, in the apparatus of the present invention, almost the entire sheet of paper can be held within the shelf 11, thereby suppressing the generation of static electricity as much as possible. Therefore, various problems caused by static electricity on the paper, such as difficulty in introducing the paper and difficulty in aligning the edges of the paper, can be eliminated.

In addition, a large number of shelf boards 2 are placed on the side plate 1 at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and the edges formed by the tip edges of each shelf board 2 are arranged so that each shelf board 2 is inclined and has a spiral cross section. As a result, the six shelves 11 can be formed on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and the shelves 11 can be arranged efficiently, making it easy to convert the device into a single unit. Moreover, since the shelves 11 are arranged on the same circumference, even when a large number of papers are held in each shelf 11, a large amount of work is required to move the shelves, unlike when the shelves are arranged in multiple stages. There is no need for such movement, and the effort required to move it is extremely small, making it possible to downsize the drive device and save power.

Furthermore, the introduction of paper into the 1111 and the ejection of a group of papers can be achieved by the simple operation of rotating the drum, and there is no need for a large-scale device configuration or complicated control as in the prior art.

In addition, by bending the shelf board 2 into an arc shape and arranging it so that the bulge extends outward, the allowable length of paper that can be introduced into the shelf 11 can be increased compared to a flat shelf board. In addition, the shelves 11 can be disposed at high density on the periphery, making the device even more compact.
