前記電源回路に第２の整流器を順方向に介して接続され
た蓄電器と、この蓄電器と上記第２の整流器との接続点
と前記起動制御部と第１の整流器との接続点間に介挿さ
れたスイッチング回路と、前記交流電源の停電の有無を
検出する停電検出回路とを具備し、前記演算制御部は、
前記停電検出回路からの停電信号の入力に応動する前記
停電タイマが予め設定された停電許容時間を計測したと
