It is used by pasting a molded product that fits tightly onto the curved surface.

However, in the above molding method, when the foam has closed cells, that is, when it is non-breathable, However, when the residual solvent in the adhesive is heated, it evaporates and expands, resulting in poor molding and peeling of the adhesive layer.

Further, the foaming ratio and thickness of the foam sheet are not particularly limited, but the foaming ratio is 5 to 35 times, and the thickness is 2 mm.
Preferably it is ~10 cm. The thermoplastic resin film used in the present invention has releasability and has perforations.

If the film has releasability, it is used as is, but if it does not have releasability, it is used after being subjected to a release treatment. Further, the size of the perforation is not particularly limited, but the diameter thereof is preferably 0.1 mm or more, and more preferably 0.2 to 1.0 mm.
In the present invention, the adhesive foam sort is obtained by laminating the thermoplastic resin film on the thermoplastic resin foam sheet with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween such that the surface having mold releasability of the film is in contact with the adhesive layer. The film is heated and vacuum-formed by suction from the film side.

Since there is a risk of leakage, it is preferable that small holes be provided in the adhesive layer so that no adhesive is present in the portions of the adhesive layer corresponding to the perforations in the film. It is more preferable that the holes are slightly larger.

ある。Further, any known method may be used for producing the above-mentioned adhesive foam sheet, such as a method in which an adhesive is applied to a foam sheet, dried, and then a film is laminated thereon. Adhesive foam sorting, in which small holes are also provided in the adhesive layer, can be applied, for example, by applying an adhesive to a non-perforated film, drying it, perforating it, and then laminating it on a foam sorting. A method of coating and drying an adhesive with a gravure coater to provide an adhesive layer with small holes, and then laminating a film with perforations corresponding to the small holes provided in the adhesive layer,
It is manufactured by applying an adhesive to a perforated film using a gravure coater, drying it, and then laminating a foam sheet. The manufacturing method of the present invention is as described above, and since the thermoplastic resin film is perforated, the residual solvent in the adhesive layer is scattered through the perforations during vacuum forming, so the adhesive layer and film are The adhesive foam sheet can be shaped without the layers peeling off due to floating, and the adhesive foam sheet has excellent molding accuracy on the side that contacts the adherend.
