Claims (1)
るクランパと、外側へ向かう一対の突起部が円周方向で
互いに対向する様に形成されているハブとを夫々具備し
、前記凸部が前記一対の突起部の間に位置する様に前記

プが前記一対の突起部の間に所定の張力でもって架張さ
れ且つ前記凸部に当接した状態で前記ハブと前記クラン
パとにクランプされ、前記張力によって前記クランパが
前記ハブの中心から半径方向へ押圧されると共に、前記
テープが前記ハブ及び前記クランパの外周面に巻回され
たときその巻圧によって前記クランパが前記ハブの中心
