    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 社外面を横切る外板の裏面に、前記柱の両側面に配した
    壁パネルの枠材外面に固定される連結板を、外板下端と
    の間に未添着部を残して取付けるとともに、前記未添着
    部に、連結板よりも厚肉であって連結板の枠材外面への
    取付けにより圧縮される水密性を有する水切り片を配着
    してなる柱カッく−。
