A pair of scroll members, an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll that form a spiral body made of an involute or a curve close to it on a plate, mesh with each other with the spiral body facing inside, so that the orbiting scroll does not rotate relative to the fixed scroll. In a scroll compressor that compresses fluid by orbiting motion, concentric oil grooves are formed on the ring-shaped thrust surface of the frame provided at a position opposite to the plane on the drive element side of the orbiting scroll, and the oil grooves are used to compress fluid.
