Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an air-core reactor with a vibrational noise generation preventing means offering a fastening condition excellent in durability and reliability, by providing a taping part for fixing a fastening auxiliary member, thereby to firmly secure the winding starting end of a binding tape. CONSTITUTION:A fastening auxiliary member 4 is formed in U-shape and therefore can be easily and firmly engaged with of each of end parts of a conductor 11. At a taping part 6 for fixing the member 4, the winding starting end of a binding tape 3 is inserted into a bore 7 in the fastening auxiliary member 4 and then drawn out from a bore 8 so as to be wound on the core part of the member 4 between the bores 7, 8. The winding starting end of the thus wound binding tape 3 is in press contact with the conductor 11 at an inner side surface of the fastening auxiliary member 4, and the binding tape 3 is wound in layers at an outer side surface of the member 4. Accordingly, the binding tape 3 is firmaly secured.

In an air-core reactor, when a rectangular wave or an alternating current flows through its conductors, an attractive force or a repulsive force acts between the conductors, which may generate vibration noise. Therefore, in order to prevent the generation of the above-mentioned vibration noise, there have conventionally been methods in which an insulating sweep is inserted between the conductors, and a portion of the conductor and the insulating sweep are fastened together using a bind chain.

In the figure, the vertical axis is the strength reduction rate of the bind chi 7°3 at the edge portion 11h, with the original strength being 1. Further, C and R on the horizontal axis are the dimensions of the chamfering applied to the edge portion 11m, where C indicates the planar shape and R indicates the degree of the circular arc-shaped chamfer. As can be seen from FIG. 2, when C and R are O, that is, when the edge portion 11h is not chamfered at all, the strength of the bind tape 3 becomes the original strength, and when C and R are 1 m++, each is A. The strength will be approximately. It can be seen that the strength of the bind tape 3 is hardly improved even if the value of C is set to 1 m or more, whereas the strength of the bind tape 3 is further improved when the value of R is set to 1 m or more.

However, if the arcuate chamfer is made larger than the edge 11a, the cross-sectional area of the conductor 1 will locally decrease, resulting in higher current density and increased heat generation, leading to a decrease in efficiency. .

In addition, generally, the winding start end of the bind tape 3 is adhered to the conductor 11 with adhesive tape, etc., but with such means, it is difficult to apply a large tension when starting to wind the bind tape 3 around the conductor 11 and the insulating spacer 2. I can't. Therefore, as the binding tape 3 is wound overlappingly, wrinkles occur at the beginning of the winding due to the tightening of the bind tape 3, and as a result, the connection between the conductor 11 and the insulating strainer 2 becomes unstable, resulting in a lack of reliability. There was a problem.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized by the following configuration. That is, in the present invention, a plurality of insulating spacers are installed between the conductors of an air-core reactor main body in which a rectangular conductor is spirally wound, parallel to the axis of the main body in a part of the circumferential direction of the main body. These are inserted so as to be arranged in the same manner as shown in FIG. A fastening auxiliary member having a rounded part and a tape fastening part for fastening the winding start end of the bind tape on the center wall is engaged, and the winding start end of the bind tape is connected to the tape fastening part of the fastening auxiliary member. After fixing, this bind tape is wound around the outside of the fastening auxiliary member, the vibration noise generation prevention body, and the conductor, and the above-mentioned kings are tied together, thereby avoiding stress concentration on the bind tape, and also preventing adhesive tape, etc. The present invention is characterized in that the winding start end of the bind tape can be accurately fixed without using.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the main parts of this embodiment in a fastened state, with the bind chi f3 wound around the outside of the insulating spacer 2 and the fastening auxiliary member 4. As can be seen from the figure, in this embodiment, the bind tape 3 is wound in a curved line at the corner portion 5, so that almost no stress concentration occurs in the bind tape 3. Further, in this embodiment, since no shape change such as chamfering is applied to the conductor 11, the current density does not become high at the edge portion 11h of the conductor 1, and therefore there is no fear of a decrease in efficiency.

According to the present invention, the winding start end of the bind tape is accurately fixed by the tape fixing portion of the fastening auxiliary member without using an adhesive tape or the like. Moreover, since the fastening auxiliary members having rounded outer corners are attached to both ends of the conductor of the air core reactor main body, the twin tape can be wound without causing stress concentration. As a result, it is possible to provide an air-core reactor equipped with vibration noise generation prevention means that exhibits a fastened state with excellent durability and reliability.
