Claims

- A valve device having a vent hole and a valve body that can freely open and close the vent hole and airtightly close the vent hole is provided on the wall surface of the switch main body, and one end of the main piping is removably connected to the valve device. A connecting fitting for pressing the valve body to open the vent hole is attached, and an exhaust pipe to which a vacuum pump is connected to the other end of the main pipe, and a charging pipe to which a dry air or nitrogen gas cylinder is connected to the other end of the main pipe.
