Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）流体が通流する間に流体が混合されると共に加熱
    される流体混合加熱器において、その両端にて開口する
    円柱状の空洞が設けられ流体がその一端開口から流入し
    他端開口から流出する本体と、該本体の前記空洞内に嵌
    合され内部を流体が通流する１又は２以上のミキシング
    エレメントと、該ミキシングエレメントを取り囲むよう
    に設けられミキシングエレメント内の流体を加熱する加
    熱部材とを具備し、前記ミキシングエレメントは、長手
    方向を前記空洞の長手方向−と一致させた円筒状の通路
    管部と、この通路管部内に通路管部と一体的に形成され
    通路管部の内側部分を仕切って複数個の流体通路を形成
    する螺旋状の羽根とを有することを特徴とする流体混合
    加熱器。
  2. （２）前記羽根が時計方向に９０°だけ螺旋状にねじら
    れたミキシングエレメントと、羽根が反時計方向に９０
    °だけ螺旋状にねじられたミキシングエレメントとが羽
    根の端縁同士を直交させてその長手方向に連結されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載の流体混合加熱器。
  3. （３）前記各ミキシングエレメントの間に、その通−路
    管部の内周面直径と同一の内周面直径を有する円筒状の
    スペーサ部材が介装されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の流体混合加熱器。
  4. （４）前記羽根が時計方向に１８０°だけ螺旋状にねじ
    られたミキシングエレメントと、羽根が反時計方向に１
    ８０°だけ螺旋状にねじられたミキシングエレメントと
    が羽根の端縁同士を直交させてその長手方向に連結され
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の流体混合加熱器。
  5. （５）前記各ミキシングエレメントの間に、その通路管
    部の内周面直径と同一の内周面直径を有する円筒状のス
    ペーサ部材が介装されていることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第４項に記載の流体混合加熱器。
