A tailgate is attached to the rear end of the body of the garbage collection vehicle so that it can swing freely between the loading speed position and the dumping position, and the tailgate is rotated by the forward rotation of the drive motor until it reaches the raking position and is placed on the sump. A conveyor panel is provided for scraping thrown garbage into the body, and the garbage on this conveyor panel at the scraping position is pushed into the body by the extrusion of the ram cylinder, and is also pushed back by the retraction of the ram cylinder. A ram panel is provided that comes into contact with a stopper fixed inside the tailgate and is used to dump the tailgate by retracting the ram cylinder, and when the tailgate is raised at a predetermined angle, the ram panel is provided.
