    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）密封容器体にストロ−を収容し、該ストロ−の一
    端側を密封容器体の表面に外出させ、その外出した部分
    を密封容器体の表面に沿って折り曲げると共に、外出し
    た部分をシール材によって密封容器体の表面に密封着し
    て成ることを特徴とする飲料の密封容器。　　・
  2. （２）ストロ−の外出した部分は少なくとも先端部分を
    扁平に形成して成ることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（１）項記載の飲料の密封容器。
  3. （３）扁平に形成した部分の根元にはミシン目等の切取
    り部を設けて成ることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（２）項記載の飲料の密封容器。
