Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of cracks by eliminating the concentration of the stress on the coupled end parts by forming the coupled end part of the louver on the liner of a burner into a round form. CONSTITUTION:A round form is provided to the coupled end part of a louver to eliminate an acute notch part. In short, a small-diameter hole is provided at the position of both the coupled end parts and then louver cutting process is applied to the hole. Acute notch part can thus be removed from the ends of the louver part. Durability of the liner of the burner can thus be raised, and accident with damage of initial-stage nozzle and bucket, etc. can be prevented.
