    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井パネル、壁パネル及びコーナーパネルより成る組立
    式クリーンルームにおいて、それぞれ内側及び外側部材
    を構成する湾曲状の表面材９と直角に折曲した裏面材１
    ０とを所定間隔に対向させ両部材９．１０の一側端には
    凹溝枠３を、他側端には突出枠４それぞれ嵌合すること
    によって画成される空間に発泡ポリウレタンのような断
    熱材５を充填してなる組立式クリーンルームのコーナー
    パネル。
