ポンプ６を装着し、該ポンプ６に、一端が前記液槽４の
底板と連結した吐出チューブ９の他端を連結し、さらに
前記液槽４を自動車の車体１に、この車体１と前記液槽
４の底板との間に前記垂下板８が介在して、前記吐出チ
ューブ７を液槽４と車体１とで挾まないように取付けた
