Abstract

はプレス抜き加工に於ける薄板の打ち抜き材料の浮き上
がりを防止するようにしたプレス抜き金型に関するもの
である。

薄板のプレス抜き金型に於いて、プレス抜き加工による
打ち抜き材料の浮き上がffk防止する為に、従来は第
1図に示す如く打ち抜きパンチェの中心に細い小穴2を
穿設し、薄板3を打ち抜きパンチ1の下降によシダイ4
のパンチ穴5内に打ち抜いて得た製品又はスクラップ等
の材料6を前記の細い小穴2から高圧空気を供給して下
方に吹き飛ばしたり、第2図に示す如く打ち抜きパンチ
1の中心にスプリング7により押圧されて先端面よシ突
出するキックビン8を内蔵して、薄板3を打チ抜キハン
チ1の下降によりダイ4のパンチ穴5内に打ち抜いて得
た製品又はスクラップ等の材料6をキックビン8によジ
下方に突き落したり、或いはまた第3図に示す如くダイ
4のパンチ穴5内に打ち抜かれた製品又はスクラップ等
の材料6をパンチ穴5の下方からバキーームで吸引した
りしている。− 然し乍ら、打ち抜き加工による打ち抜き材料が小物の場
合は、打ち抜きパンチ1の中心に高圧空気供給用の細い
小穴2を穿設したり、キックビン8を内蔵したりするこ
とかで@ない。また高圧空気の供給、キックビン8の突
出は、高速で連続的に打ち抜き加工が行われた際、追従
性、信頼性に乏しいものとなる。さらに高圧空気の供給
により打ち抜き材料を吹き飛ばした勺、バキーームによ
り打ち抜き材料を吸引することは騒音が発生して好まし
くない。さらにまた前記のキックビン8は、小径の為、
強度的に弱く、折れ易い。またこのキックビン8の高速
打ち抜き時の追従性を良くする為にスプリング7を強く
しなければならないものである。

れて、膨大な数の打ち抜かれた製品又はスクラップ等の
材料6がパンチ穴5内の下部に順次押し込まれ且つ順次
押出されてパンチ穴5の下方に排出されても、そのパン
チ穴5内の下部周壁のTiC,TiN 等の硬質被膜9
が耐摩耗性に優れているので、パンチ穴5の下部断面積
が殆んど変化することがなく、従って長期間使用し打ち
抜かれた製品又はスクラップ等の材料6が押し込まれて
浮き上がることが無い。

可能な為゛、これらの無いプレス抜き金型にて厚さ0.

000個に1個の割合で打ち抜かれた製品の浮き上がシ

材料は浮き上がることが無いという効果がある。
