Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

Supports are provided at the starting and ending ends of the torch car that slides back and forth, respectively, so as to straddle the roller table, and between the supports, a guide rod is extended parallel to the roller table, and a telescopic rod is attached to the guide rod. A pair of heat insulating panels are suspended so as to surround the roller table, and one of the above pair of heat insulating panels is placed between the support on the starting end side and the front edge of the torch car.
The other is a slab heat insulation panel for continuous casting, characterized in that it is arranged between the terminal end side support and the trailing edge of the torch car.
