Abstract

PURPOSE:To confirm the time when a liquid supply is required and the time when supply is finished by one lead switch, by constituting a liquid switch by the lead switch, a first float having magnetism, and one more second float. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid is inputted through an injecting port 13, a first float 7 is lifted. The float 7 hits a second float 8 and stops once. A lead switch 1 is operated and a lamp 12 is turned ON. When the liquid is further added, the second float 8 begins the rotation around a shaft 9, and the contact position with the first float 7 is lifted. The distance between the position of a magnet 6 of the first float 7 and the lead switch 6 becomes large, the action of the lead switch 1 is stopped, and the lamp 12 is turned OFF. Thus it is found that the liquid injection should be stopped. When the injection is finished, the liquid flows out of a water discharging port 11. When the liquid level W is lowered below the water discharging port 11, the lead switch 1 is acted again, the lamp is turned ON, thereby indicating the filled up state of the liquid in a container 5.

Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, water level switches using a reed switch 1 and a float 7 made of magnetic gold as a liquid level switch of a liquid replenishing device have been shown in Figs. 1 and 2. In Figure 1, only one liquid level W position is detected, and in Figure 2, liquid level W positions at multiple locations can be detected by arranging multiple reed switches, but since the number of reed switches increases. In addition to being disadvantageous in terms of cost and parts production, if the distance between the liquid levels W to be detected is large, there will be parts that cannot be detected in the middle. Objective of the InventionThe present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional art. The purpose is to detect and display the liquid level positions at two locations with a single reed switch.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a reed switch as a liquid level switch, a first float having magnetism, and another second float, and when the first float is below a certain position, This has the effect of detecting and displaying three cases: a case where the locking position of the first float changes due to the movement of the second float, and a case where the locking position of the first float changes due to the movement of the second float.

is fixed to the container 6 with a nut 4 via a packing 3. A first float 7 having a ring shape and having a built-in magnet 6 is disposed on the stem 2 so as to be movable up and down.Furthermore, the first float 7 is placed at the upper end of the stem 2 so as to rise as the liquid level W rises. A second float 8, which serves as a stopper when the vehicle is in use, is rotatably fixed around a shaft 9.

The reed switch 1 is arranged at a position where it is activated near the first float 7 coming into contact with the second float 8. As the second float 8 moves, the locking position of the first float 7 rises, but when the liquid level W becomes slightly above the overflow port 11, the reed switch 1 stops operating. The shape, buoyancy, etc. of the second float 8 are selected so that the float 7 is placed there.

以下、上記構成における作用について説明する。The effects of the above configuration will be explained below.

When there is little liquid in the container 5, the first float 7 is located below and the reed switch 1 is not activated because the distance from the 170th magnet 7 is large. In this state, lamp 12
is off, indicating that there is little liquid in the container 6.

Therefore, when liquid is poured into the inlet 13, the liquid level gradually rises, and the first float 7 rises accordingly, and eventually the reed switch 1 is activated, and the first float 7 changes to the second float 8. When it hits, it stops for a while. At this time, the reed switch 1 is in an activated state and the lamp 12 is in a lit state (FIG. 3). Furthermore, liquid? As the water is added, the second flow 1-8 also starts rotating around the axis 9, and the contact position with the first float 7 rises. If the distance between the position of the magnet 6 and the reed switch 1 is changed, the operation of the reed switch 1 will stop and the lamp 12 will go out.The diameter of the overflow port 11 is sufficiently small for the liquid injection speed, so the overflow port Even if it starts to overflow from 11, the liquid level W continues to rise,
Since the lamp 12 goes out as described above, it can be confirmed that the injection should be stopped. (Figure 4) After completing the injection,
The liquid above the overflow port 11 escapes from the overflow port 11, and the second float 8 moves in the direction of pushing down the first float 7 again, and when the liquid level W falls to the overflow port 11, the magnet 6 of the first float 7 again moves the reed switch 1. is activated and the lamp 12 lights up. (Fig. 6) In other words, the state in which the container 5 is filled with liquid is displayed until the liquid level W decreases, the first float 7 decreases, the reed switch 1 stops operating, and the lamp 12 goes out. Continue displaying.
