面図である。 第７図は従来の塗布ロールの塗布溝の拡大断面図、第８
図は従来の塗布溝による使用初期の好ましいウェブ表面
への塗料の転移塗布状態を示す断面図、第９図は従来の
塗布溝による長期間使用後のウェブ表面への塗料の転移
塗布状態を示す断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ”　（１）塗布ロール１の周面に多数の塗布溝７を平行
    に刻設したグラビア塗布装置において、塗布溝７・７間
    の凸条９のロール周面側の端面９ａと側面９ｂとが交わ
    る角度θ−を９０°以下に設定したことを特徴とするグ
    ラビア塗布装置。 （２）凸条９のロール周面側の端面９ａが平坦面に形成
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のグラビ
    ア塗布装置。 （３）塗布溝７が、エツチング法で形成されたものであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のグラ
    ビア塗布装置。
