自在なる柔軟弾性材により形成されたブラタ−と称する
袋体を有し、その袋体を包囲するように気体を密封し、
袋体の開口部を下方にして容器開口部より多孔金属管を
挿入して袋体開口部および容器開口部を接合し、多孔金
属管に液体給−排システムと連通ずる連結管を設け、多
孔金属管を介して液体の流出入を可能としたものにおい
て前記ブラダ−内に気体を封入した柔軟弾性材よりなる
