Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with a motive power source exclusively for turning and simplify equipment, by using a low oil pressure source for the bearing oil of a turbine to drive a hydraulic motor directly coupled to a hydraulic pump, to obtain high-pressure oil to drive a turner. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic motor 2 is connected to a bearing oil source A for supplying oil to the bearings 16, 17 of a steam turbine 15. Low-pressure oil is supplied to a hydraulic pump 3 directly coupled to the motor 2. High-pressure oil from the pump 3 is supplied through a distributing valve 5 to a turner comprising a cylinder 8, a piston 9, etc., to rotate a turbine shaft 14 through gears 11-13. Since an existing system for oil supply to the bearings 16, 17 is utilized, a motive power source exclusively for turning is not needed. Therefore, equipment is simplified.

Conventional turning devices for steam turbines used a dedicated electric motor as the drive source, which required a large speed reducer to reduce the speed of the high-speed electric motor, and the motor output was also large. Furthermore, since the steam turbine bearing oil was supplied from an oil supply system using a dedicated electric motor, the turning motor and the turning motor were operated simultaneously, which was uneconomical as the prime mover had to be operated simultaneously.

The object of the present invention is to drive a high-pressure oil pump with an oil motor by using low-pressure oil from a bearing oil supply system that operates during turning, which is a well-known equipment for rotating machinery, as a power source.
An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure boosting device for a turning device of a rotating machine, which makes it possible to use high-pressure oil as a driving source for the turning device.

In a steam turbine, turning operation is required for the purpose of preventing the rotating body from being deformed by heat before operation and for the purpose of cooling. The operating speed at this time requires low speed and high torque. Since the dedicated electric motor and the motor for the lubrication system are operated at the same time, the power source for the lubrication system can also be used to reduce the number of equipment, while at the same time using a means of converting to high pressure to generate high torque for turning. .

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. A
In a steam turbine bearing oil supply system that supplies low-pressure oil supplied from the oil supply pipe 1 to the bearings 16 and 17 of the steam turbine 15, a portion of this bearing oil is used to move the oil motor 2, and the oil directly connected to the oil motor 2 is The pump 3 is driven and high-pressure discharge oil is taken out from the discharge pipe 4.

The high-pressure oil V from the discharge pipe 4 is disposed of into two oil guide pipes by the oil distribution valve 5 and guided to two locations in the cylinder 8, respectively, and the reciprocating movement of the piston 9 directly connected to the rack IOK is achieved, resulting in the gear meshing with the rank 10. By rotating the wheel gear 13 fixed to the rotary shaft 14 of the steam turbine 15 via the idle gear 12 from the steam turbine shaft 11, the steam turbine shaft is rotated by the energy of the bearing oil supply.

According to this embodiment, since bearing lubrication is absolutely necessary when turning the steam turbine to rotate slowly υ, the energy contained in the bearing lubrication secured by the power source of the lubrication system is used for turning. By converting it into rotational force, it is possible to generate high torque at the low speed required for turning11; it is possible to use the existing bearing oil supply system as is, and it is simple and does not require a dedicated power source for turning. It has the effect of changing Furthermore, the turning speed can be adjusted by adjusting the oil pressure.

According to the present invention, in a rotating machine such as a steam turbine that requires running before and after operation and also requires oil supply, a part of the oil supply is used to drive an oil pump with an oil motor to provide high pressure. By converting it to hydraulic pressure, it is possible to generate the low speed and high torque required for maneuvering, and the consumption of oil is extremely small, allowing the existing lubrication system to be used as is for maneuvering. This has the effect of omitting a dedicated power source for the purpose.
