Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention relates to improvements in postcards, including regular postcards, return postcards, and parcel postcards that are defined as second-class mail, and postal letters that are defined as first-class mail. The purpose of this project is to provide postcards on government-made postal forms such as ``Postage Stamps'' whose stamps can also be used as postage stamps.

Currently, according to the Postal Act, a postage stamp is pre-printed on one corner of the paper (at the top of the left side of the paper) on paper for government-made second-class postal items called postcards and first-class postal items such as postal letters. The postage stamp side is different from a postage stamp, and even if you cut out the postage stamp side and affix it to a privately made postcard, it will not be valid in the same way as a postage stamp. There is. If you miswrite any of the above official postcards, there is a system in place where you can pay a fee and exchange them for new ones at the post office. However, with the current method, it is cumbersome to exchange the damaged postcards by paying a fee, and the percentage of postcards left as they are is extremely high, and the post office also requires labor for a small fee. It wasn't on point. Furthermore, there were also problems in managing the damaged postcards etc. that were exchanged in order to prevent accidents from occurring.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention prints a postage stamp on the face of the postage stamp on government-made postcards, etc., and also prints a cutting line around the postage stamp or forms a section with a perforation line for cutting, to prevent writing loss. The postage stamp portion of a postcard or the like is used as a postage stamp by pasting it on a privately made postcard or other various types of mail, and an embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a postcard 1 showing a first embodiment. The paper has the vertical and horizontal dimensions stipulated by the Postal Law, and the front side 2
The name of the mail item 3 is printed at the center of the top edge, and the postal code entry column 4 is printed on the right shoulder. Further, on the left shoulder, a postage stamp 5 corresponding to the amount of the postal item stipulated in the Postal Law is printed, and a QK cutout line 6 of the postage stamp 5 is printed as a section.

The above-mentioned postcard 1 is used in the same way as a conventional government-made postcard, but if you make a mistake, cut off the postage stamp 5 along the perforation line 6 and create a separate postage stamp as shown in Figure 2. It can be used as 5.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a postcard l showing a second embodiment, in which a perforation cutting line 7 for tearing is punched in place of the cutting line 6 printed around the postage stamp 5 portion of the first embodiment. It is desirable that the proportion of the connecting portion be made thicker than the perforation line 7 formed on a normal postage stamp sheet to make it difficult to separate. Further, by using a slit-like perforation shape or a half-cut line that does not penetrate, it is possible to prevent writing on the back side from having an adverse effect on the writing operation of the writing instrument.
