ン金具は、金属環例周面上の2ケ所反対位置にそれぞれ
外方へ向かう円柱状突起を有する形状であって、従来よ
りこのトラニオン金具を製造するだめの方法として、鋳
造、鍛造で原形を作った後切削加工するか、もしくは金
属環と2個の円柱状突起部を別個に製造しくこれは簡単
に行える)、アーク溶接によってこれらを接合する方法
がある。これらの方法は製造にあたっての作業性1だは
製造されたトラニオン金具の強度において難点があり、

スふん囲気中で1350°Cの温度において15分間加
熱した後自然冷却させることにより行う。このようにし
て製造されたトラニオン金具の接合部のせん断応力は測
定の結果88000PSiに達し、これは油圧・空気圧
