  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 密閉容器内に電池構成体を収容してなり、前記電池構成
    体が少なくとも正極と非水電解液を含浸したセパレータ
    と軽金属よりなる負極と、弾性部材とを含む電池におい
    て、 前記負極は同心円状に分割されており、前記弾性部材が
    同心円状に分割された各負極を独立して押圧するように
    構成したことを特徴とする電池。
