Claims

A coil spool around which an excitation coil is wound, a central leg of an iron core that is held through a central hole of the coil spool and has one end protruding from the coil spool as a magnetic pole surface, and a central leg that is connected to the other end of the central leg and has a tip end. Consisting of legs on both sides extending to face the magnetic pole surface of the central leg, a pair of armatures that move between the magnetic pole surface of the central leg and the legs, and a permanent magnet held between the armatures. An electromagnet device characterized in that position regulating surfaces are formed near both sides of the central hole of the coil spool, and the inner or outer surfaces of the both legs are brought into contact with the position regulating surfaces for positioning.
