    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転部の外周に接触するよう複数分割したバッキングを
    配置し、このバッキングをバッキング箱に収納するとと
    もにこのバッキング箱の上方に冷却水給水管を設けたも
    のにおいて、バッキング箱°　の外周部に外部と連通ず
    る管を設けるとともにこ、の管の途中にジェットポンプ
    を設けたことを特徴とする封水装置。
