抜口を有する弁室と、ボール状に形成されると共にこれ
を貫通する通水路を有し弁室内に収容配備される弁体と
、弁体を環状に包んで弁室内に装着され弁体と本体との
間に水密に介装される合成樹脂製又はゴム製のリールリ
ングと弁体に連絡し弁体を規制された所定の回転角度範
囲にお＼ いて回転せしめる操作手段と、水抜
口に連結された逆止弁とからなり、上記流入口、流出口
及び水抜口は弁体が回転の基端にあるときに流入口と流
出口とが通水路を介して連絡し、回転の終端にあ−ると
き流出口と水抜口とが連絡するように開設されている水
