Claims (1)

により電路の絶縁性の良否を監視するものにおいて、基
準周波数の交流安定化電源を備え、上記交流安定化電源
の出力を上記第二種接地線に重畳するとともに、上記前
処理回路の出力を上記基準周波数で同期整流して得られ
る出力の大小により絶縁性の良否を監視するようにした
