Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ノズル部移動用の駆動源を、スライダーとスケー
    ルを有するリニアパルスモータ−で構成し、このモータ
    ーの上記スライダーに、サンプル、試薬等を吸入、排出
    するノズル部を取り付けてなることを特徴とする自動サ
    ンプリング装置。
  2. （２）上記ノズル部の移動を、上記リニアパルスモータ
    −に入力するパルスでオープンループ制御するようにし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動サンプリン
    グ装置。
