Abstract

PURPOSE:To wash a bag filter and the inside of a dust collecting chamber, by jetting water into the inside of the chamber having many bag filters, and circulating the water. CONSTITUTION:An air including dust is introduced into the inside of a dust collecting chamber 3 from an introducing hole 2 by running a blower 1, and is passed through a group 4 of bag filters arranged plurally and parallelly in the chamber 3 to filter the dust, and is discharged from a discharging pipe 6 through a pipe 5. A pipe 9 is connected from the bottom of the chamber 3 to a main pipe 9'' of a piping arranged in the inside of the chamber 3 through a valve V1, a circulating pump 11, a valve V3, a piping 9', and a valve V5. The pipe 9'' is fixed to the center of the chamber 3, and spray nozzles 10 are respectively attached to the tip and central parts of each branch pipe of the pipe 9''. A rotary valve 8 is closed after the dust accumulated on the bottom of the chamber 3 is extracted through the valve 8. Next, the valves V3 and V5 are opened to feed water under pressure from a valve 2 thereby the water is jetted from the spray nozzles 10.

Conventionally, this type of dust collector is as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, for example, in which dust-containing air is introduced into a dust collection chamber 3 through an introduction hole 2 by operation of a blower 1, and a plurality of dust collectors are introduced into the dust collection chamber. A group of bag filters arranged in parallel 4.4', 4'',...
The dust is allowed to pass through . At this time, dust in the air adheres to the outer periphery of each bag filter, but when the amount increases, the dust removal function decreases.

For this purpose, pulse air 7 is introduced into each bag filter to blow off the adhering dust. The dust that has been brushed off and stored in the hopper is extracted from the rotary pulp 8, and if it is useful dust, it is collected, and if it is not useful, it is disposed of as waste. The above-mentioned functions of the normal dust collector are sufficient, but in special cases, for example, when you want to completely remove dust from the bag filter and inner wall, or when you want to collect and reuse the dust as a useful substance. , when dust from the previous series is attached and it would be inconvenient if it mixes with the next dust, or when it is necessary to clean the bag filter and dust collection chamber for inspection, etc. There was an inconvenience.

As a washing method, it is possible to use a jet cleaner or the like to spray water strongly to wash the water, but this is too strong locally and can easily damage the bag filter and cause dust to leak5. It is extremely difficult to completely clean it. Therefore, a method is used in which the entire dust collection chamber is filled with water to dissolve and remove the dust. However, this method uses a large amount of water and needs to be heated to promote dissolution of dust particles, which is not preferable from an energy-saving perspective, and its cleaning effect is also poor. Moreover, even if the bag filter is filled with water, the upper part of the bag filter remains as a space because there is no place for air to escape, and that part cannot be cleaned. Therefore, it was necessary to repeat the full water washing two or three times. Furthermore, it was necessary to take into consideration the strength of the structure, such as making the mount and foundation strong enough to withstand a full battery tank, which increased the cost of manufacturing the device, the mount, and the construction of the foundation.

Particularly when the dust is dye, the washing water is strongly colored and cannot be directly disposed of as wastewater; it must be decolorized before being disposed of, which is time-consuming. The concentration is too low to recover the dye contained, and normal evaporation and concentration are impossible.

When the drying, crushing, sorting, packaging, etc. operations are completed and the purpose of dust collection is completed, the operation of the blower 1 is stopped. After the dust accumulated at the bottom of the dust collection chamber is removed from the rotary valve 8, the pulp is closed. Next, open the pulps ■3 and ■5 and pump water from ■2 to the spray nozzles 10, 10',
Water is injected from 1σ',... Even if the sprayed water does not directly cover the entire surface of each bag, the turbulent flow of water mist sprayed from a plurality of nozzles will cleanse the bags in a timely manner.

It is effective to further increase the number of stages. When cleaning water starts to accumulate at the bottom of the dust collecting chamber, the pulp V1 is opened and the circulation pump 11 is operated to start circulating the cleaning water. Although the system Yabag of piping q' and indoor cleaning are not sufficient, as shown in Fig. 4, another series piping 13 is arranged in a ring around the top of the dust collection chamber, and water is injected from a spray nozzle installed at an appropriate position. By doing so, more complete cleaning can be achieved.

Since the dust collector of the present invention has the structure described above, compared to the conventional dust collector, the amount of cleaning water used is approximately 4.
The effect can now be easily exerted even with cold water without heating. The recovered cleaning water has a high dust concentration.
Useful substances can now be easily recovered by concentration drying, spray drying, etc., and in addition to eliminating the need for waste liquid treatment,
It was economically advantageous. Furthermore, the drastic reduction in the amount of washing water has implications for the lighter weight of the dust collector itself and the simplification of the foundation.
Reduced equipment construction costs.
