DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an elevator derailment detection device, and in particular detects derailment by grasping an elevator counterweight or a wire rope for detecting derailment stretched in an elevator hoistway when a car derails. The present invention relates to a derailing detection device for an elevator.

Conventionally, in the above-mentioned type of elevator derailment detection device,
A wire rope for detecting rail derailment was stretched between the machine room at the end of the elevator hoistway and the pit at the bottom, but there was a problem in that it was particularly difficult to install it to the machine room at the top.

In other words, in order to connect the upper end of the detection wire rope to the machine room, it is necessary to provide a through hole in the floor of the machine room, and the detection wire rope must be parallel to the guide rail in the hoistway. It is necessary to tension the wire rope accurately, but since the guide rail, the machine room, and the bit are installed in different dimensional positions, centering requires a lot of work internally, and the tensioning center of the wire rope for detecting rail deviation. After removal, it is necessary to finish and backfill the machine room floor for water passage, which is not only time consuming and inefficient, but also expensive and uneconomical.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3'. First, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the entire elevator equipped with the rail derailment detection device of the present invention, in which a hoisting machine 1 and a deflection sheave 2 are provided in the upper end machine room, and the hoisting PA 7
A main wire rope 3 is wound around the deflection sheave 2, and an elevator car 4 is attached to one end of the main wire rope 3, and a counterweight 5 is attached to the other end, so that the main wire rope 3 is attached to the main wire rope 3, and the elevator car 4 is attached to the other end of the main wire rope 3. The car is arranged so that it can be raised and lowered, and the car 4
and counterweight 5 respectively on guide rail 7.7 (

Here, the guide rails 2 and 7 are supported and attached by rail brackets 8 protruding from the inner wall of the hoistway 6, and rope support arms 9 and 9' are attached to the upper and lower ends of the guide rails 7. A wire rope 1 for detecting a slip-out is provided protrudingly from the upper and lower rope support arms 9, 9' with appropriate tension via support springs 10, 10' and spring receivers 11, 11'.
2 is stretched parallel to the guide rail 7.

, 9 are fixed, and a wire row 7612 for detecting rail derailment is stretched over the support arm 919' via the support spring 10.degree. 10' and the spring receivers 11, 11'. In the figure, reference numeral 16 is a gripping mechanism that is provided on the counterweight 5 and grips the wire loaf 12 for detecting off-rail when the counterweight 5 comes off the rail. It is configured to move against either one of the support springs 10, 10 to detect off-rails.

4 and 5 show another modification of the present invention, in which support frames 14m, 14h are fixed to the upper ends of both the left and right idle rails 7.7', and these left and right support frames 14m, 14
a The support arms 9a are constructed and fixed to each other, and the support arms 9a support the upper end of the wire rope 12 for derailing detection via the support spring 10m and the spring receiver Jl&, and the lower end side is also the same although not shown. It is said that

効果が得られる。
As described above, the wire rope 12 for detecting rail deviation is attached to the support arm fixed to the upper and lower ends of the guide rail via the support frame.
By stretching the wire lobe, the wire lobe 12 can be easily and reliably stretched and centered, and can be accurately parallel to the guide rail, and the work of stretching the lobe is extremely simple. This method is simple and can be omitted, and has the effect of eliminating the need for backfilling through-holes in the machine room floor as in the past.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, the present invention also includes a method in which a support arm (not shown) is protruded from the rail bracket 8, or a support arm is protruded from the inner wall of the hoistway to connect a wire loso for detecting a loose rail. Even if it is stretched, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
