Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Mortar prepd. at a small ratio between water and cement is weighed from a batcher 11 in the position substantially apart from working face in the state of spraying the mortar in the construction of tunnel or the like. Aggregate and a foaming agent are put into this mortar and the mixture is kneaded in a mixer 3 and is forcibly fed by a hopper 2 and a pump 1 into a transport pipe 4. The force feeding is thus easily accomplished. An accelerator, etc. are supplied and mixed to and with the motar in the spraying position from a mixer 5 and the boom 7 of a sprayer 6 is operated to annihilate the foam and to spray the mortar from a hose 4' through a nozzle 8 and a rotary nozzle 9 to a rock wall 10. この工事の場合、切羽近くは、ジャンボ−、スリ出し機
等が出入するので吹付工事におけるモルタルミキサーや
圧送装置は出来たら切羽より100m以上離して作業を
行いたーのであるが、吹付モルタルは水、セメント比を
大きくとると、圧送しやすくなる変りに、モルタルが軟
いので吹付けた時に垂れ落ちてしまうので、長距離圧送
すると々が出来なかった。この発明は上記の難点を解決
して吹付モルタルのミキシングプラントを切羽より離し
てセットして、吹付工事を支#なく行わせると同時に、
切羽の前に余計な機器を持も込まずにトンネル掘削作業
をスムーズに行わせるためのものである。これを図によ
って説明すると、例へば11のバッチャ−より水、セメ
ント比の小さなモルタルを計量し砂等の骨材を入れ、そ
れに発泡剤を入れてミキサー3でねり発泡モルタルにし
てホッパー2、ポンプ1よりパイプ4を通して圧送すれ
ば、水、セメント比は小さくても気泡の介在により流動
性がよいので気泡のないときには4のパイプ内で閉塞を
おこすQWの大きいモルタルも圧送出来て5の混合機で
急結剤等を混合して、吹付材6ブーム7の操作によりホ
ース4′よりノズル8又はロータリーノズル9を通して
岩壁1oに吹付けられる。このとき吹付の機械衝撃等に
より気泡はつぶれるので、固結性のよい吹付壁を得るこ
とが出来る。尚、ロータリーノズルを使用すれはロータ
リーノズル内でモルタルは羽根面上の摩擦と衝撃を受け
るので気泡は更に少くなって岩壁の耐着がよくなる。第
2図はバッチャ−11′でQWの比較的小さい流動性の
よいモルタルを計量してポンプ1を通して出すか、或は
それに気泡を入れ流動性を加えてモルタルを圧送し4の
パイプを通して混合機5に入れ、又別に粉体セメント或
はセメントに粉体添加剤を入れて混合機5で上記のモル
タルと混合しQWを大きくしてノズル8又はロータリー
ノズル9を通して岩壁10に吹付られる。この場合、粉
体モルタルはセメントタンク12にコンプレッサー13
からの圧縮空気を入れて、14のバルブより15のパイ
プを通して圧送すれば、粉体の圧送性がよいので数百本
は送れるので切羽より十分離れたところにモルタル圧送
機を置ける。
