Claims

A negative pressure valve/pressure valve that is integrally provided with a lower support plate having a recessed portion at the lower part of the cap body, and an elastic valve is attached to the lower side of the valve plate above the recessed portion of the lower support plate via a negative pressure spring and a disk.
