Claims (1)
底面の開口から該ノズル本体の内部へノズル本体の軸線
に沿ってノズル本体の頂面近傍迄に至る少くとも1孔以
上の有底の直線状噴射孔として形成し、かつ該噴射孔の
軸線と大略直交する一つの平面として形成したノズル本
体の頂面上における上記噴射孔の軸線との交点を除いて
該交点の近傍に設けた分稜線からノズル本体の対向する
他側の側面へ上記頂面から底面の方へ向って傾斜して切
欠いた傾斜面を上記各噴射孔に夫々対応して形成し、さ
らに該各類斜面上において夫々対応する噴射孔の軸線と
一定距離へたてた少くとも一側の位置で上記分稜線と大
略直交する傾斜線に沿って縦走した深さ一定の横断面が
7字形をなす凹溝を形成して、該凹溝の底部と上記噴射
孔の頂部が互に連通して吐出口を開口するようにし、ノ
ズル本体の底面に開口した流入路へ高圧下で導入される
気水混合液が上記噴射孔頂部の吐出口から上記凹溝を通
してノズル本体の頂面の前方へ一定範囲内で大略均一な
霧化ミストとして噴射されるようにしたことを特徴とす
るスプレーノズル。The inlet passage into which the air-water mixture is introduced has at least one hole extending from the bottom opening of the columnar nozzle body to the inside of the nozzle body along the axis of the nozzle body to near the top surface of the nozzle body. A spray nozzle characterized in that a substantially uniform atomized mist is sprayed from the discharge port at the top of the spray hole through the groove to the front of the top surface of the nozzle body within a certain range.
