持する電線挾持溝を下端に開放させて形成゛した一対の
導電性フォーク体を上下動可能に設けると共に、前記絶
縁箱−の上面部に一対のネジを螺合貫通し、この各ネジ
の下端を、前記各フォーク体の上部にそれぞれ回転可能
にかつ一体的に上下動するように結合したことを特徴と
